A residential project in the Cumbayá valley, consisting of two connected towers housing 65 units with various layouts adapted to different lifestyles.

Implanted in a consolidated urban environment but on a secondary street, the project prioritizes privacy, reduces noise pollution, and enhances the quality of living. Its orientation allows for expansive views of the valley and a warmer climate, generating a residential experience that combines nature, comfort, and proximity to the city.
