Matter Building

A parking building developed in partnership with Banco Pichincha, designed to strengthen service infrastructure in a strategic area of the city and support the operations of nearby offices.

Beyond its operational function, the project was born as part of a social impact initiative aimed at supporting the work of the Niños de María Foundation. Driven by the founding families, this development actively contributes to sustaining programs focused on children in vulnerable situations, promoting opportunities for growth and development. A proposal that goes beyond the functional to become a tangible contribution to the community.
